1861 Census looking for Francis J Moore

I am looking for a Francis J Moore possible Bandmaster born 1836 in scotland, Married to Margaret C Moore a child was born in 1860 Devonport, Devon. Hannah C Moore. Francis was in the Someset Light Infantry 2nd Battalion 13 foot.
