I have Sophia KNIGHT marrying John WYATT Feb 1766 at St. Giles, Reading.
The MLB (Marriage Licence Bond) transcription at the Wilts Record Office has the bondman as a Joesph Knight of St. Lawreance, Reading and John Wyatt of St. Mary's reading.
John & Sophia certainly had one child - Sophia Wyatt bap St. Mary's Reading 1767 - maybe more before John Waytt died in 1769.
Sophia then joined the Kings Road Baptist church in Reading in 1770 and married widower John MILLARD at St. Mary's Reading 18/9/1778.
It might be that Sophia's Knight family was not originally from Reading as I have found an MLB for a Joseph Knight of Shinfield (to Elizabeth PARKER of Stratfield Saye which is now in Hants) in 1722.
Please can anyone help with Sophia's baptism and parentage? Her MILLARD children were named:
twins Mary & Martha Millard (born 1779)
James (born 1780
Jabez (born 1781)
Elizabeth (born 1784)
John (born 1787) who later died about 1790

I've now searched the transcript of the BTS for Sonning and have found no Sophia Knight baptism.
I've also searched the Reading St. Giles BTS (original documents) for 1700 to 1750 and not found her there (although there was a very suitable family - Richard & Ann Knight - who even had a Tabitha a couple of years before I thought Sophia ought to have been born).
I've also searched the Reading St. Marys BTs (also original documents) from 1735 - 1750 and have not found her or John Millard there.
