John Jones was born in Salehurst, Sussex around 1655, the son of Thomas Jones and 
He married Mary Tyrill in 1678, possibly in Tonbridge, Kent (according to the IGI).
Their son, also John, was born the following year in Salehurst.
I am seeking any information about this family and would appreciate any assistance with this.

The details that I posted were all that were available.
Bride usually married in her own Parish, so first port of call is Tonbridge in Kent.
Although they were married by licence, no reference was made as to their age (i.e. married with consent of parent) so would assume that they were both of full age, i.e. over 21
Looked for a marriage of a Thomas Jones and A.N Other about 1655 - there is non except Thomas married an Ann Lacey in 1657 in Lewes (too late) and a Thomas married a Dorothy Mote in Kent in 1644 (too early)

Thank you for looking into this for me - very much appreciated.
I think that John junior was married to an Elizabeth Richardson around 1700 in Salehurst but so far I have no details about extended family etc. If anyone has any info I would be very interested to find out more.
