Could someone try and find ...

Joseph Phillips born sometime around 1812 St. Ives and his wife......

Sibella Phillips born abt 1812 not certain where.

Their (probable) children are all in St Ives at this time (mostly listed as carters or carriers), some living or staying with an aunt, so I'm wondering whether Joseph and Sibella are still around. Can't find them in the 1871 either.
