Joseph HOBBS Timsbury

I have a record of Joseph Hobbs baptised Timsbury 13/2/1791. His parents were Joseph Hobbs and Rebecca James who married in Timsbury in 1786. My query is; were either Joseph snr or Rebecca baptised in Timsbury? Probably around 1764? I think they had died by the time of 1841 census. There are Joseph Hobbs born in Nunney/Hemington on the IGI but Timsbury not on.

Hi,

These look like the burials

Joseph HOBBS was buried Timsbury 12 March 1829 aged 68 years

Rebecca HOBBS was buried Timsbury 12 Sep 1834 aged 74 years

Further to earlier post, it appears from the marriage entry that Joseph Hobbs may have originated from Farmborough while Rebecca James of Timsbury; any info still welcome though.

At the time of the marriage 1 May 1786 Timsbury Joseph was listed as of Farmborough (a couple of miles from Timsbury)
