1790 Marriage Vowless Finer

Greetings from NZ.

I would like information on the 11 Jan 1790 marriage of George Vowless to Sarah Finer b. 6 Jun 1773 at Kingsnorth, Kent.  (from IGI record). 

George Vowless was my 3xGt Grandfather and as far back as I've been able to trace the Vowless family. Any information on his parents, birth, origin of the surname etc would be very much appreciated.

Hi John,
As the marriage took place in Kent I think you need to post your request on the Kent page  Smiley  It's very doubtful if the entry in the parish records would give you further details unless it was by licence in which case you would have to look for the Allegation, but these things are always worth a try  Wink
