library request

i am still having trouble with william black morley he was born on the 26 march 1908 to margaret morley (no father on birth certificate) at 3 eden crescent hamsterley west auckland durham.
i have been told to look in the poll books which are kept at the library.
would any kind sole visiting the library please have a quick look to see who was at the address as i am hoping she will give some indications who else was there.
