I recently visted my ggggfather's gravestone in Ringwould, Kent - Luke Pain died 1802, he had a gravestone all that was on it was his death date & his name with the word Vault. Then I went to Canterbury Archives, found that he died 14th June 1802 from Deal.
Is it possible to find out who else could be buried in his vault??? although I couldnt find his will.
Any help would be much appreciated
Thanks Bev

The sexton's records, if they exist, would answer your query. I believe there is a fairly active local history group in the village - I will see what I can find out from some of the locals.
