marriage look up

Hi

I'm trying to find a marriage for Jane Blades.  She was born c1850 in Spilsby and I'm pretty certain that she married someone with the surname Bett and married sometime after 1871.  I have her on the 1871 census living with her family and single, on the 1881 census she is living in Normanby with her 5 children but no husband listed.  First child born 1874 in Laceby so I'm thinking she was married sometime between 1871 and 1874.
