Many thanks for info. Could possibly be them. I had Derbyshire in general also Stannimgton area of Sheffield too. No idea of his parents, but I do know Benjamin married in Penistone Jan 1827 to Ann Green .My Gt Gt Grandmother was their daughter born Norton Derbyshire nr Sheffield in 1847.  She went on to marry David Payne Ward at Ridgeway Derbyshire in 1870.
