Samuel Hall & Jane Wood m. abt 1796

Looking for any information on Samuel Hall b. abt 1771 and Jane Wood b. abt 1775
I believe they married in 1796 at Bishops Lydeard, Somerset where their daughter Elizabeth (only child I know of) was born in 1801. I have searched  the IGI without success.
Elizabeth Hall married Nicholas Williams and headed off to Australia in 1849 with their children.

Can anyone help?
