Marriage of Robert Meggison and Hannah, abt. 1758, Sedgefield

On the IGI, there are 6 children born to Robert Meggison, and Hannah, of Sedgefield.  Looking for details on the marriage of these persons. Any help appreciated.

Boyd's Marriage Index has a marriage between
Robert Meggeson and Hannah Dunwell, 1769, Kirk Hammerton Yorkshire.

Thank you very much.  I suspect this is a different Robert as the Robert and Hannah that I was looking for  had 6 children in Sedgefield between 1759 and 1769.  Then my gggg grandfather Robert Meggison married Jane Davison in Sedgefield in 1773, and I was trying to establish if my Robert had a previous marriage to Hannah someone, as the Hannah in Sedgefield married to Robert Meggison died in May 1773.  Pretty quick remarriage if it was my Robert that was married to Hannah in Sedgefield. I haven't been able to find my gggg grandfather Robert's birth in 1730 to tie up lineage.
