hi chris,
what a small world not only was i brought up in cheriton but my ancestors are from there too.
also have a member off my huxtable family tree that married a mogridge in the first half 1900's .
not searching mogrige line myself but had a look anyway, found a abraham mogridge christened 15 march 1795 in cheriton fitzpaine , parents william and grace mogridge.
put his name in the google search engine and there is mention of abraham born 1795 devon marrying a sarah cudmore in broadclyst, from message left on ancestry.com author a christine thomas, worth a look may be right one you never know or as just noticed your user name is this your posting??
