Hi All,

Looking for any info on the following family, :-


1.  URBAN FREDERICK HEWITT  (JOHN, JOHN) was born 09 June 1835 in Sheffield,Yorks., and died 25 January 1891 in York ,N.Yorks..  He married ELIZABETH VICTORIA WHITELEY 25 June 1862 in St Marys Church,Sheffield,Yorks., daughter of JOSEPH WHITELEY and JANE GAMBLE.  She was born 27 October 1839 in Sheffield,Yorks., and died 30 March 1926 in York ,N.Yorks..
   
Children of URBAN HEWITT and ELIZABETH WHITELEY are:
   i.   JOSEPH FREDERICK4 HEWITT, b. 04 October 1863, Osbaldwick,York,Yorks..
   ii.   HANNAH DAWSON HEWITT, b. 01 April 1866, Osbaldwick,York ,N.Yorks.; d. 26 November 1936, York,N.Yorks.
   iii.   THOMAS HENRY HEWITT, b. 21 December 1867, York ,N.Yorks.; d. 26 July 1898, York ,N.Yorks..
   iv.   EDMUND WHITELEY HEWITT, b. 17 April 1870, Osbaldwick,York ,N.Yorks.; m. (1) KATE ?; b. 1871; d. 12 January 1897, York,N.Yorks; m. (2) FLORENCE ?; b. 1874, Leeds,W.Yorks.
   v.   STRAFFORD SMITH HEWITT, b. 08 August 1872, (St Thomas) York ,N.Yorks..

Urban Frederick HEWITT was a schoolmaster at Archbishop Holgate School in York between 1861 & 1891.
