Joseph Snowball Haydon Bridge

I am looking for the birth of Joseph Snowball so I can find his Father and Mother he was born on the 25 June 1820 in Haydon Bridge, I would also like to find his parents marriage and I assume it would be in Haydon Bridge area so if anyone can help please let me Know.
