William BURTENSHAW, b 1854/55 in Surrey (Ewell or Epsom), was living with his aunt, Ann CORNWELL, nee Burtenshaw, in Brighton in1871.
Later censuses show William, wife (Esther) and their children as follows:

Cecil, b.c. 1883, Brighton
Gertrude, b.c. 1885, Brighton
Eva, b.c. 1887, Brighton
Sidney, b.c. 1890, Brighton
Florence, b.c. 1893, Tottenham.
Any descendants out there?
William was the son of William Burtenshaw and Elizabeth COX, who married at Banstead, Surrey on 8.Oct.1853.
William Burtenshaw senior (b.c. 1822, Cuckfield/Wivelsfield, Ssx) was the son of James Burtenshaw and Mary CHAPMAN.
