who and where is Betsy

Hi can anyone help ?  looking for
       BETSY  DRANE  birth  1828?
she is on the 1851 census  age 13 as daughter of Samuel Drane , his wife is Sarah she is his second wife  NOT the mother of BETSY .  mother of her is SUSANNA  DRANE (susan)
Betsys has 2 sisters Mary Ann born 1827 and Harriett born 1832 they were both born in HOXNE SUFFOLK
BETSY IS DOWN AS BEING born in MELLIS (where ever that is )
Ihave searched for her birth but found nothing and cant find her anywhere  but on the  1851 census 
  Have looked under the names Elizabeth and  Margeret  in case Betsy is shortened  but still nothing , anybody Please help  thank you  Sue

It doesn't say how old she was though.
