Can anyone help with my brick wall?
I have a WILLIAM HALL b. abt 1804, Lowestoft, Suffolk ( age from census')
WILLIAM married HANNAH CAPPS 11th Jan, 1827 at Lowestoft.
I have been trying to trace WILLIAM HALL's parents for years with no luck - unfortunately there were a few WILLIAM HALLs born in Lowestoft at that time and I haven't been able to link any of them to 'mine'. If anyone has any sightings from the PRs etc of an appropriate WILLIAM, please let me know!

Hi Lee nearest match is William Capps Hall born 6 Mar 1806 Lowestoft Suffolk parents Robert Hall and Lydia Capps who Married 25 Apr 1796 Lowestoft Suffolk i married William Off to Phoebe Land on 7 Jan 1828 Lowestoft but not sure if this was his first marriage as I found it on Igi aitnax

Hi - yes,William Capps Hall married Phoebe Land. I think he's Hannah's cousin - not 'mine' unfortunately  . Have you come across a WILLIAM SMITH HALL at all?

Thank you Bryan - I have that reference from the IGI, and I reckon he's my man ... BUT ... I don't know how to confirm or disprove it His father's name isn't on the marriage reg, so I'm not dure what to do... sniff
any ideas?
