This is a wall that I have been trying to crack for a while now;
I have Ann Morgan aged 12 months on the 1861 census and aged 11 on the 1871 census, but after that she disappears until she is on her brothers marriage certificate as a witness in 1882, and again after that there is no trace of her. I have managed to find the rest of her family, even brothers and sisters (and their marriages!), but not her.
Oh, I have found a birth registration for an Annie Morgan in the June Qtr 1860, and I'm pretty sure that its her ... But thats all apart from the two census details ....
Here are the census details:
1861
Christopher Morgan, Head, aged 29, Ag Labourer, born Worcester Castlemorton Martha Morgan, Wife, aged 29, born Herefordshire Ledbury Ann Morgan, Daughter, aged 12 months, born Ledbury
They were living at the Gullett, Ledbury
1871
Christopher Morgan, Head, aged 40, Labourer (Agriculture), born Worcestershire Castlemorton Martha Morgan, Wife, aged 40, born Herefordshire Ledbury Anne/a Morgan, Daughter, aged 11, Scholar, born Herefordshire Ledbury Christopher Morgan, Son, aged 9, Scholar, born Herefordshire Ledbury Emma (actually Eliza) Morgan, Daughter, aged 7, Scholar, born Herefordshire Ledbury Susana (actually Louisa) Morgan, Daughter, aged 4, born Herefordshire Ledbury George Morgan, Son, aged 3 months, born Herefordshire Ledbury Thomas Morgan, Son, aged 3 months, born Herefordshire Ledbury
They were living at Womswell, Ledbury
I would be really grateful if someone could help me find her on the 1881 census at least, as I haven't got much hair left now!!

Difficult one. People often did travel away from home to get a job and if she married in London it is almost impossible to trace her
