Looking for anyone connected to the Allardyce of Rhynie to fill in some areas of my family tree and possibly yours.

I have John Allardyce who married Elspet Cuthbert, daughter of Peter Cuthbert in Keith, in Huntly on 19 August 1816. John died 18 May 1868 in Gartly. I don't know where he was born but could he be one of yours?

I am also in touch with another descendant of the Rhynie Allardyces. If you would like to contact me privately with your e-mail address, I'll pass it on to her and ask her to get in touch with you.

Not sure on that.  I have a few John's I have not figured out who thay have married.  I have been trying to connect the Gartly Allardyces for awhile now.  I see some of the other names you are researching. I know that they are also connected to the Rhynie Allardyces.  We maybe able to connect with the other names you are researching also.

My wife's great grandmother was Elizabeth Mary Allardyce  from Belhinney, Rhynie who married James Simpson from Auchindoir. Her parents were Willian Allardyce and Margaret Maconochie. Williams parents were William Alladyce and Janet Baron.
