Rayment of Castle Hedingham
« on: Sunday 11 September 05 19:08 BST (UK) »

I am trying to trace the family of my great great grandfather John Rayment. I know that he was born in Castle Hedingham around 1830. He married a girl from Chipping Ongar called Jane.
They later moved to North London where their children were born. Their oldest child was Mary Ann, my great grandmother.
If anyone has any information about this family could you please let me know as I seem to have hit a brick wall with this.

If anyone has access to an 1851 census for that area that would be great. I could then at least get parents and siblings.
