I'm posting this in the hope that possibly someone out there may be able to help!
My Gt Aunt Annie Smith married a man surname Etherton - first name unknown - and lived in Gosport sometime after 1901 (she was still at home in Stockport in the census),
don't know when she left there, but in 1929 she turned up in Gillingham, Kent. It's a long shot, but with a not common name like Etherton, does anybody know or belong to the family? Grateful for any info., however small.
