me in the early 80s

My GG Grandmother was Annie LIN(D)FIELD (1880 - 1904) of Lower Beeding married to Frederick Tullett 1882-1949). If I am correct her parents were Walter Lindfield (c1853-??) & Margaret Vinall (c1851 - bfr 1881),but this is wher I am stuck - Can anyone help with extending with either Walter's parents or Margaret's.

By the 1881 census you would be able to pin down her date of birth to hopefully near enough the right month, ie Census taken 3 April 1881 so say June/July 1880 would be the birth, I would check the indexes for September quarter 1880 for "Annie Margaret" and you should be able to get her birth certificate so that you can be sure of her parents.

Hi,
On the IGI index there is a
Margaret VINALL baptised 2nd June1851 at Lower Beeding, Sussex, England
Parents are given as William VINALL and Ann
Can't find a marriage for the parents but I hope this is of use

Here's the only listing I could find on the IGI for a Walter LINFIELD around 1853 in Sussex:
Walter LINFIELD baptised 1st June 1851 in Petworth - mother Sarah.
Don't know if this is the right Walter - note this chap is born the day before Margaret VINALL!!

Sorry not replied before, but only just noticed your reply - for some reason I haven't been kept notified of repies to my posts recently, well obviously since september. This looks l ike it may be of help. & I know where hop gardens was/is!!
