HI there

Looking for Sarah J Fallon born 1853 in Willenhall.

In 1861 she is with her parents but I can't find her after that.

Could this be her?  Transcribed as Sarah I Falow, but it's definitely Falon.

1871 census:
2 Union St, Willenhall
RG10/2945 - Folio 53 - Pg 19

James Knowles  Head  44  Brass Cask [...]   Willenhall
Jane Knowles  Wife  46  Walsall
Clara Knowles  Dau  17  Walsall
Sarah I Falon  Servant  18  Willenhall

Not completely convinced - the initial is I, not J - but haven't found a closer match.
