What a wonderful feature the search option is - but it is so annoying that we can only view one posting and then have to constantly refresh the page rather than simply hitting the 'back' button to get back to the list of results!  Is there a particular reason why this is?

Can't answer the why question, but I get around it by opening a new window to view each posting.
