Please help, I can't get rootschat at home

Has anyone else had this experience, I am unable to get onto the rootschat website at home anymore.  Nothing has changed with my system and I am able to get onto other websites just not this one.

I asked my husband to check from his computer at work (which I am using now) and got straight in, I am completely confused Huh

What happens when you try to get on to Rootschat?

Any error messages, or anything?

The browser starts searching, then I get a page not found message.  It doesn't matter whether I try to access the site by clicking on a link in my emails or if I try to search for the web address.  Feeling lost with out my daily dose of rootschat Cry

I wonder if you have any "parental filter" built into your antivirus/firewall?

It could be that it doesn't like the word "chat" in the name of the site.

Thanks to everyone that advised me, got on to our service provider about the problem and although they never responded all of a sudden it came back, so I am happy again Smiley
