I have his son, Henry's (2nd) marriage certificate in 1843, at East Buddleigh.
Are there any traces of him in the 1841 or '51, please?
He may be connected with Exeter.

I already have details of Henry and family in 1851. Agnes was the second wife, as you surmised.
I'm looking for something more on Samuel, if possible, although it's difficult that far back!

His son, Henry was b. abt.1790, probably in Exeter but that's all I have so far.

Can't see how that one fits, unless he married Elizabeth Rice when he was 15, or perhaps wasn't a baby when christened. Who knows? The other two events seem to tie up, though, although Elizabeth must have been extremely pregnant when they married! (Quite common, it would seem.)

With Sameul being christened in 1772, it could mean that he is alot older than it says, on the christening it states that his father was also a Samuel but no mothers name, I've had family that haven't been christened until they are around about 9, so he could have been a few years older. It would probably be an idea to get parish look-ups done on Henry at least and that will tell you if what you have is on the right track.
