Where are they?

I am looking for any relative to a WILLIAM TURNER, born 10.03.1916, at 35 Trevor St, Newton, Rochdale, Lancashire, England. He was born to a SARAH BALL and a WILLIAM TURNER. SARAH BALL came from Ireland and WILLIAM TURNER came from Scotland. Not sure if they married it says they were on young WILLIAM’S birth certificate but not sure. He later ran away from home at about 14 years of age and never returned. Can anyone help me; I seem to have hit a dead end. Thank you any information and help would be greatly appreciated.

I have looked on the 1871 census and found this William Turner, age matches, I guess to confirm that this is the correct one you would have to trace his marriage certificate. It may give you something to go on. If you want the original image message me with your email address and I will forward it to you.
