Where did Janes and Sarah go?
« on: Tuesday 20 September 05 16:16 BST (UK) »

James Meggison (Meggson) married  Sarah Butrick in 1802 in Haughton-le-Skerne. Later in 1802, they had a son Robert.  Then they disappeared.  Can't find any record of any of them after that.  Believe that Robert went to Canada as an adult but what happened to James and Sarah?  Also, are there more children?  Did Sarah die in childbirth?
Would appreciate any help.  James is the son of Robert Meggison and Jane Davison of Sedgefield, married in 1773.
