Trying to trace birth of Timothy Bennett Hall in Wells next Sea (or on sea) Norfolk.  He was born in 1820.  Also the death of Sidney Cousins Hall born c1890.  Married Kathleen (Kate) Fordham c1822, but they divorced or separated by 1936.

Kind regards,

Sorry it was so badly spelt.  My dad's dad (Sidney C Hall) left his wife Kathleen Fordham before my dad's 10th Birthday I think.  Do you have any deatails about him other than his date of birth etc.  I have also had great difficulty in finding Sidney C Hall's marriage certificate.

Do you have access to Genesreu?  If not I will try and figure out how to copy out the Hall branches I have and send them to you.

My email address is debz3103@hotmail.com

Kind regards

Debbie

Oh gosh I have just realised something.  My Sidney Hall bn c1895  (did have a brother Percy I believe) but his father name was Thomas I believe.  His middle name was Couzens and I have
lots of details going back on this too.

My Sidney C Hall was born in Norfolk?  Perhaps a connection in some other way if not  direct sibs.

Kind regards

Yes I am on Genesreunited but I think we have the wrong Sidneys.  I know my dad had a relation Percy but am not sure whether on his mum/dad side of family.  He died last year so there is no way
of checking now as none of his  siblings are interested in the past!!

My Hall's are all from Norfolk (Timothy being my dad g grandfather) who was born in Wells next Sea Norfolk.  My dad's nan was surnamed couzens and her family too were all from Norfolk/Suffolk.

Sorry to have lead you up the garden path a bit it is so sad when you think you have a link and then lose it.

Best wishes and kind regards

Debbie

Hi Deb.  Dissapointing for sure,  but it makes me more determined to keep on searching.   Good luck in your research.    Joyce.
