Mary Jane Ingham 1843 in the Township of Blackburn

I am searching for my Great Grandmother Mary Jane Ingham who was born in (what looks like ) Wranglin in the Township of Blackburn Lancashire. Mary Janes Mother was called Ellen Ingham but I have no name for her Father as the birth certificate had a blank where his name should have been also blank for occupation (skeleton in the cupboard?) Shocked 
Mary Jane had a daughter ~ my Grandmother~ who was born about 1867 in Ramsbottom Lancashire ~again no name for the father on her marriage certificate.  Can anyone help me to solve these two family mystries? Embarrassed

Hello Frances,

Thanks for looking up for me but I don't think this is the correct one.  My Grandmother was called Mary Ellen Ingham ( I have her marriage certificate) but I have as yet been unable to find my Grandmother's birth certificate although I have Mary Jane Ingham~ her Mother~ birth certificate.  An elderely relative told me to "leave it" as I may unearth a family scandal! what more incentive do I need?
