On Free BMD there is a birth for Thomas Bright - September Quarter 1845, District Church Stretton*, Vol 18 page 1.
You could request the birth certificate from the GRO http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/ using the above information, which will of course give you Thomas' parents names.
