Tweddle St. Hartlepool

I have found John Coxon, born 1847, at Tweddle St. Hartlepool.  His father was named as James Coxon a Sawyer.  I would like to know something about Tweddle St. such as the area of Hartlepool it was in, or the type of housing it was.

I have looked on the multi-map, but it wasn't detailed enough.
