"A long time ago, in a Galaxy far away ......"
there was a movie producer called George Lokus, who decided to do a series of Trilogies about Family History.  He decided on a grand story about the life and times of the bickering ...

SLACK-JAWS

First Series:
The Phantom Rellie                 ..... did he exist ?
The Attack of the Clones         Well, they look like mine, but ....
Revenge of the Sidhe              Looking for irish relatives

Second Series:
A New Hope                           Just found a Possible !
The Enumerator strikes Back   Possible ?  No Way !!
Returns of the Census             and here's the proof !

Jealous of George Lokus's success (see above), Peter Chucksin is heard to mutter,
"Well, if he can make a mint, with all that fantasy nonsense, I'm sure I can do better"

The result is the grandiose saga:

Bored of the BRING, the tale of the search for the legendary Henry Frederick BRING, disappeared from view on the 1891 census, never to be seen again ..... etc, etc.

The Fellowship of the BRINGA group of dedicated RootChewers get together and swear an oath,
never to rest until they find the legendary BRING
The Two Hoursis all that it takes to discover the horrible truth ...
share their horror as they discover in the 1891 census
Returns of the THING... Oh No !!  it's the Dreaded Transcription Error

(As the film ends all of them are proceeding to to swear again, not an oath, this time, but (Censored !)

Author's note: Any resemble to any THINGs or BRINGs or Henry Frederick Cs is purely ... etc, etc
