This now leaves the problem of Mary A Thur born 1861 who is not with dad on the 1861 census. I can't find her birth on the BirthIndex and can't spot her in 1861 as yet.

In 1901 Catherine is living with married daughter(stepdaughter)? Mary
If you want to find Charles and Ann with any children(?) in 1841 and 1851 there are some very heplpful people on here with early census.
