Annie,
no problem really, we'll take it step for step.
maybe you could follow the suggestion above, make sketchs of how you want the web-site to look, and then we can think about how to make it happen.

Hi Annie,
It looks like part of your worry is that you are using two different web programs and you only have one web-site.
No Problem !!
You should be able to use "Next Generation...." to build your main site and then put a link in that to the Honour Roll ( the Macromedia Contribute output).
If that doesn't work, you just make your own home page with a link to each of the other programs.
I'll go into details later, (off to work now) but you can see some examples under "Commercial Products" on my site. I have 5 different packages there, simply uploaded, "as is" !

Hi Annie,
yes I think it was fairly easy (as far as I can remember !)
Look at this topic too, Reply #2 Topic: Help and advice - family trees on websites http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php/topic,76240.15.html
I think I downloaded kstableu, pointed it at my GEDCOM and told it where to store the results in a particular directory (folder), and then uploaded that directory to my website.
I have a very basic GEDCOM, as most of my family info. is already on my site, so all the "coomercial" examples on the site are very minimal. I believe if you have more detail in the GEDCOM then you can "tweak" all of these programs to get better looking results than mine (I've really only left them there as examples for this board)
