No information on the marriage, sorry, but some other information from school admission records you might be interested in:
1. Dora Colpman, Petone Central School, admission date 2 Feb 1890, last day 17 June 1895 (destination - Waikanai). Father Thomas Colpman, d.o.b. 2 Aug 1884
2. Eveline Colpman, Petone Central School, adm date 8 May 1894, last day 17 June 1895 (to Waikanai), Father Thomas Colpman of Petone, d.o.b. 1 May 1889
3. Mabel Colpman, Petone Central School, adm 13 Feb 1893, last day 17 June 1895 (to Waikanai), father Thomas COPELAND (spelling as in the transcription, haven't checked original record), d.o.b. 3 April 1887
4. George Colpman, Rikiorangi School, Wellington (1898, 1899, 1900)
You are in the right sort of area with Levin or Otaki (Petone is north of Wellington on the west coast). It looks like this family was living in Petone from at least Feb 1890 to Jun 1895. They then moved to the Waikanae area (where Reikorangi school is, and where George at least was at school). Note that the currently accepted spelling for these areas are WAIKANAE and REIKORANGI.
These records at least give the birth dates for three of the children, so you might be able to narrow down the marriage dates a little.
