« on: Saturday 24 September 05 21:18 BST (UK) »

Dad trying out his bike, under the watchful eye of nan and grandad.

unfortunately I cannot proceed any further
my programme as thrown a "wobbly". If
I get it running again, I'll have another go.

Cheesy Hey guys, thanks for your sterling efforts.
One will be sent to my bruv, who wishes
this bike was still in the family.

Is that the british racing green? It looks good.
Why are, on the front wheel, the spokes not to clear, below the line.
Is that the fading on photo?

Thanks for your restorations guys, my little bruv will be pleased too.

The clarity of the image could be down to amount of time of to take the picture.

When shutter speeds were slow.
My old BSA when on it's stand the wheels would turn slowly in a breeze, and that may explain the visability.

Lesanne,  I think you coined the right phrase, "art".  I'm afraid I offend some people by straying from the strict photo repair rules, but unforetunately, its not practical to give us a board for the more experimental side.

I dont think we can do much more to baby, so if anybody wants to borrow him and put him on a better bike please do.
