Turnpike Trusts

Does anyone know where I can get a list of the Turnpike Trusts [or even just the names of the Turnpike roads] for the Halifax district of Yorkshire? Dates would also be useful.

I've tried Googling, but it throws up everything and nothing.

It looks like the records are kept at West Yorkshire Archive in Calderdale.

There seems to be bits and pieces to be found on a google search of turnpike trust halifax but an email to The West Yorkshire Archive may get a fuller answer?
