Serjeant/Sargent Ash
« on: Sunday 15 August 04 05:59 BST (UK) »

I am attempting to find if there is a link between Serjeant/Sargent Ash, christened at Cannock, Staffordshire, 31/7/1755 and Sargent Ash who married Lydia Smith at St Martins in the Fields, London, 29/10/1780. Variations of the Sargeant forename appear in the Ash family records up to 1866 when Sargent Ash, dentist appears on a marriage record.
