There's a Robert Carter. Nephew aged 10. born Wigston Leicester
on the 1861. Census :-
RG 9 / 2557 / 23 / Page 39.
Hyde Cheshire.

Wigston / Wigston Magna.... came under the District of Blaby back then ...
