Mary RAYCROFT was born in Berkshire, England abt. 1789. 

Her mother's name was Elizabeth.

Mary RAYCROFT arrived as a convict in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia on 11 April 1806 onboard the 'William Pitt'.

I was wondering if anyone could help me find details of her birth and/or her parents?

Sorry, I can't find any Berkshire references for her.  However, the name is quite unusual so take a look at http://www.oldbaileyonline.org/ and search in her name.  She might have been dabbling on the fringe of petty crime a couple of years earlier?
