Looking for information regarding the Potter lines behind our family.  I have a link to the Ord lines (but would be interested in hearing from any other relatives)

Billie Fearing Ord (Married Ian John McGill) born in 1930's
her father was William Fearing Ord.
(William Fearing Ord born 1908 and his siblings, Edward Ord, Phyllis Ord, James Ord, Joyce Ord) 
William's mother was Margaret Fearing - a line I've been unable to track.

Billie's mother was Kate Potter born 1904 in Welwyn Garden City,  Kate's parents were William Potter and Florence Prior (Children from this marriage, Kate, Charles, Alice, Florence (Cookie), Nelson, Edie, Napoleon (Joey), Jack.  Florence Prior had 2 children prior to her marriage to William Potter.  They were: William and Edward, but I do not know if their father was a Prior?)

Any information would be most appreciated.

There is a marriage on Freebmd for Margaret Fearing to Benjamin Winship Ord
Jun 1907 Houghton le Spring 10a 923.

If you get that certificate you will know her age and her father's name.  Armed with that you will be able to see if she is the one age 5 in 1891 in Hetton le Hole born Hetton Downs.  Father William, a blacksmith, and mother Jane.  I would be willing to bet on it but proof would be better!
