I'm trying to find the mysterious Ann Quail who was supposed to be born in Bootle according to her obit (and various other places according to other relatives).

She was supposed to be born betwwen 1769-1788.  Brothers and sisters are Thomas, John, Esther and Elizabeth and parents are supposed to be John and Ann.
