I have traced a line back to Mark Weller (born c1816, Handborough) and Emma Slatter (born c1822-4, Handborough). They married at Handborough 21/10/1843.
I would be grateful if someone could look up their births in the parish records to tell me their parents/occupations, etc
Many thanks, John

11 AUG 1822 - SLATTER Emma, d. William and Sarah, lab. 18 JUN 1815 - WELLER Mark, s. Edmund and Elizabeth, lab.
Both these families are "big" in Handborough! There are over 170 (pre-1820) PR entries for WELLERs, dating back to the late 1500s, and over 50 similar entries for SLATTER going back to the late 1600s.
If you're researching either/both of these lines, then it may be worth you purchasing the disc (ref. OXF-WIT02) from the OFHS.
