He was born Cliburn 1840.  Does anyone know who is parents were? and where they are from?

Hi,

The IGI at www.familysearch.org has his christening (extracted record) on 13 Oct 1839 at Cliburn, parents John Wills and Elizabeth.

There are 8 other children born to this couple too.
