The Youngs and McFarlanes come together in my grandmother who, coincidentally, shares the same name as her neice on your second gravestone - Roberta G McFarlane.
The Mcfarlanes in my direct line are:
James 1864-1953 James 1832-1911 James 1800-1871

Hi Jeanp, I am a new member and would like to know if you have found any Joseph Freemans in your travels 2 in Marykirk, 1901 age 75, one 1879, age36 at time of death and one 1885 age 65 Laurencekirk burial. The one 1879 was born in Benholm. So could be buried there. Cheers Joxer42

Hi Jeanp, Sorry For the Confusion, my Joseph Freeman was born Benholm 19-11-1844 and died 22-11-1879 age 36. Hope this will help.

Hi, Jeanp joseph Freemans death was registered in Marykirk 24 -11-1879. I had thought that you had a list of names, I certainly was not expecting you to be going round the graveyard in the winter time, or any other time for that matter. Thanks again for your help. Cheers Joxer42
