At present all I have is my gg grandmother Margaret HEDLEY marrying Francis Bell SMALL 10 Apr 1831 at Christ church Tynemouth.

On the IGI I found this entry:

MARGARET HEDLEY 
Birth: 16 JUL 1810     
Christening:  23 SEP 1810   Christ Church, Tynemouth, Northumberland, England

  Parents:
  Father:  WILLIAM HEDLEY    Mother:  MAGDALENE SEDGWICK

Does anyone know anything about this family that could help me rule them in or out?
