Where is HEREFORD WEST?

Hi everyone, I have a birthplace given in an 1871 census as HEREFORD WEST.
Does this ring any bells with anyone?  It couldn't be a mis-transcription of Hereford & Worcester in those days could it?  All advice, help, tips or money gratefully received!  Regards, Tony.

Hello Sadnil, I really don't know what it could be, hence my query.  It could be Haverford West or some place in Hereford starting West something or even Hertford.  The enumerator made at least four mistakes on this families' return so anythings possible.  Thanks for your time and I'll have a look for births in Haverford West & let you know.  Regards Tony.
