Suffolk surnames
« on: Friday 20 August 04 18:45 BST (UK) »

Both sides of my family originated from Suffolk, but by 1881 they had almost all moved to London.

I have posted details of all my ancestors and other relatives from the 1881 census on the LostCousins website at www.LostCousins.com - it's the laziest way I know of finding other people who share the same ancestors.

The site is supposed to open up to the general public soon, but if you don't want to wait you can get in now using the passcode 1881. If everyone were to join the results would be incredible!!!

The other site I've found very useful is the Suffolk Surnames site. Well worth a look.
